I'm Tyler, but you can call me Zed, most people do. I'm an A-level technician with about six years of hands-on, in-the-shop experience under my belt. I have nearly every A.S.E. certification in Automotive Repair, and I was projected to be one of the youngest Master Technicians at Nissan, where I received in-depth technical training. While most technicians remain anonymous, behind closed doors, and only communicate through a Service Advisor; I'm your guy, every step of the way.
